Whoops! Missed out much of my life? I bet you did! Busy as per normal, I wished I could lead a more carefree life. But aw c'mon, carefree means boredom. :)

Much has happened since my last blogpost I'd say. Was asked by YuHeng to go to GECO, which was a really rare opportunity for me. Yet, I had to reject it because I've dedications already. :) Either way, I believe in future I'd still have a chance to enter a semi-professional orchestra, so what's the rush? :D

RPCO conductor, Mr. Tan has also been busy, along with the new committee of RPCO. Planning the workplan for 2010, money and admin matters are the only things that come out of everyone's mouth nowadays, it's the peak period of RPCO. I just wish that the new year will mark a better progress in the orchestra. Shuzhen, Yikhung and committee, always remember, your ex-chairman is forever here ya? :) Anything can ask me :X although not everything, I may be the remedy! Like I heard from WenShan, Mr. Tan recently scolded the new committee over scores issues (hais, I was scolded before too :X). And there was nothing I could do, basically because I wasn't around? LOL! Even if I was, the only thing I could do was to try and help :X

RPCO was asked to go to South Australia? LOL! Once I heard it, I doubt it was a performance opportunity actually, and I was spot-on. TRCC has requested 25 IGs to attend some arts festivals in Adelaide, obviously not all IGs would go :X One was RPCO! HAHA. The plane ride and accomodation was uneconomical, the time was not worth (in my view), and we won't gain much experience from this trip. How 'educational' can the trip be, at the price of 1.8k for 5 days :X

Recently went to help out at Frontier CC, aka Pioneer CO, as asked by WeiJie :) Was a fun experience, although the songs weren't really very tough. Mainly pop and CO classics like Bu Bu Gao and Cai Yun Zui Yue. WeiJie arranged a very remarkable Love Story by Taylor Swift. :) Such admiration! And also The Cruel's Temptation theme song, which was very catchy and fast. :) I played Gao Yin Ruan there, even though I wanted to play Zhong Ruan there. But WenShan definitely needed a partner, if not she'll be lonely. :) was really enjoyable to play alongside her.

Went over to BLCC on the same day too. :D performed some simple pieces, along with a short solo. Huo Ba Jie Zhi Ye again...! Just hope that next time I get to play something else like Shi Lin Yue Qu or Cao Yuan Yu Bei. :) Was really funny, as Shuzhen was helping me as an accompaniment, ended up her scores fly here and there. And when it was my turn to be her accompaniment, I was lost halfway, and randomly picked out notes to play as the song went. :X Either way, it sounded audible and bearable! LOL. Beg for no such problems in future.

Cassandra passed to SRJC a game, Plants V.S. Zombies. Okay, forgive me for being a frog in the well. I've heard of this game for ages, but have yet to get my hands on it. Thanks Cassandra for the great game, although I wasn't really much addicted by it. On the other hand, Cassandra and Joel were the hardcore addicts, especially Joel. I heard from Cassandra, that he was intending to play it in the bus too? LOL! Shuzhen, don't be addicted okay? :)
