Hey people :) i'm back once again. Missing I have been, I think I need to brush up on my blogging language.

Oh anyway! Today was a once again busy day as usual. Had a short performance at BoonLay CC today. Had the expected long wait for our turn to perform. As expected from most CC performances, no choice! :X Oh well, performed some simple CNY songs. Supposed to have a solo but cancelled. Was too tired for it anyway, after the performance marathon for 3 days. Although I did regret, because I did want to play something fun. :X Never mind, chances will arrive I believe. :)

Had a complimentary lunch of 6 courses. Had several luxury dishes like abalone yusheng, herbal scallop chicken soup, roast duck and some well-marinaded fresh stir-fried prawns. :) Am i so tempting you? :X Had a short rest at BLCC before heading home for a change of clothes along with a drop off for my instruments and scores. :)

Headed off to bugis to meet Hsien Hean and WenShan, when we then went to Esplanade to watch The Percussion Assembly performance. :D 2 of Hsien Hean's mates came along anyway, I didn't ask who. Very interesting performance I'd say. :) Really engaging, with their faces filled with expressions. Such power in their playing, along with great rhythm and pace. There are some rhythms high in technical difficulty, but they did great. Had some unique movements like throwing of gongs, acting like a chicken, tiger or cow. Very wonderful performance. Would like to thank Hsien Hean for the good recommendation by the way. :D

During the short interval between the 2 TPA shows, was a performance by an interesting band at the concourse of Esplanade. Was a band comprising of 3 members, a pianist, an erhu player and a cajon player. :) Very well done, they played several chinese pop from JJ Lin mainly. They had an interesting composition by the pianist of the team. On the overall, bravo. :)

Went off home then, dog-tired man. Tomorrow is the day to practice hard for zhongruan. :) It's about time I did better on my solos man. I need to be all stand-by when anyone wants any solo to be played. So yeah, thats all for now. Will see you all soon okay? :) Take care.
